Sunday a full day!

Sunday, the Lord's day! We left our Hotel in a tuk tuk for the ride out to Pastor Khive's church, we stopped at base to pick up Synouen, Srey Mom, Annie and a very quiet young gentleman. We had a great ride chatting and enjoying the ride into the country!

The church we attended was being built last year when we were here some of our team was able to go and share with the pastor, praying for the pastor and asking a blessing on the church. Today it was very evident how important that short visit was to Pastor Khive, as he thanked us many times for the visit last year and for our being there today, they are such grateful people. Pastor Khive Phon asked Ed to share his testimony, which he did with the Pastor's granddaughter ably translating. Then she translated to English while the pastor preached. We were also blessed to share communion with these people, thank you Lord for that gift as well!

Back to our Hotel, change our clothing and then head to the base for Sunday dinner, as we arrived at the base there were new faces the DTS Team from New York had arrived, so it was our pleasure to welcome and meet them! More young people serving Jesus, from all over the world! into all the world! They will spend time here and then onto Thailand for three weeks.

After lunch we stopped to bring Rothana and Nimun their books, it was a short visit as we did not have an interpreter with us, just smiles and gesture's of love! Then on to Jeevit's House to help with Family Day, which means 100 to 250 some kids come to play listen to a Bible Story and have supper, yes they feed all of them! It is sort of like the loaves and fishes story but this time it is rice, eggs and cucumbers!! When we arrived Sasha and Emmanuel were almost finished frying the eggs, and Erin had cut all the cucumbers! way to go guys, an awesome accomplishment!

We were thrilled to see the New York Team arrive to help out and I believe they were as blest as we always are by these great kids! Laura is ably watching over everything, mending wounds, talking with the moms...The time does fly!

Then on with Garth and John to see the land, that in itself is a whole story of God working in Cambodia, the base is buying land and all I will say at this time, God never ceases to amaze me, time and again seeing Him mightily work in His way and His timing! Back to the Hotel to take Rina and Salli, plus two of Rina's friends to supper! It was a bit of a late supper and we are now back in our room ready to call it another day of God's work in Cambodia being accomplished by his people of all nations, tribe and tongue!

Go where God is working, be in the center of His will!
