Hard to believe we have only one week here, so much to do, so many people to touch base with to get to know better.
It was a great day, we joined SBS (School of Biblical Studies) again today, Mark Smith taught on Leviticus, Mark is a great teacher, he understands Leviticus and why it is important to us, because it points to Christ the ultimate sacrifice!
On to the base for lunch, we joined Justin, Souel and Levi for lunch; great fellowship! Then on to run a few more errands for various supplies for us and work to be completed, most now accomplished! No Bill they do not have a power washer so that is out! We have not found the ladder we are looking for but maybe next week they will be finished celebrating the Chinese New Year and more shops will be open!
We did find the buckets, pliers, and screws we needed. On to Jeevit's House to deliver the supplies, and we picked up some hard labor work :) crafts to cut out for Laura, I think that one is not to tough!
On the way back again we needed air for Ed's bike this time! Well back and then over to Mark and Ashley Smith's house it is right across from our Hotel, pretty neat! I needed to do laundry, so I put in a load visited with Ashley a bit, then back to our room to start cutting out some crafts for Kings Kids!
Wednesday evening worship was awesome, Garth finished the book of Acts they had been studying that for a few months! Elizabeth, Luke and Yuka lead worship, Johnnie and Piseth started and ended the service, Garth spoke while Stuart translated, oh the team work of bilingual services! Gotta love it! Garth had an awesome challenge for us to live like Paul! Wow! Preach the gospel to whomever will listen! Go with God!
After worship we had a wonderful meal shared with Garth and Caroline and of course Lyla, she is so sweet, not feeling the greatest today as she had her shots today! yuck! We love their vision for YWAM and it's furture. Go YWAM Battambang you are a motley crew but you love Jesus with a great passion and we are blest to know you!!!
Back at the Hotel we finally connected Skype with Jennifer we tried to catch Jude before naptime as it is his 2nd birthday today but he is actually sick and was in bed for a much needed nap, but we did talk to Jen and Nate a bit too! A neat way to end our day!
Blessings to all who connect we hope you see a bit of Jesus hands and feet in Cambodia through our eyes, Ed and Mary
