We started the morning with a bike ride to City Cafe for breakfast and coffee, then on to SBS for the last lecture on Revelation, thank you Sean Ellis for unfolding Revelation in a new light for us one of comfort, encouragement and the mission of go ye into all the world to reach the lost that is what Revelation is about!
Then after lunch at the base, uptown with Sat to get our team phone all ready for use! Back to the base to ready for our trip to Siem Reap, we shared the journey with Sandra her daughter Erin is and SBS student in Battambang and Sandra had come to spend 10 days just to take in a bit of what her daughter is up to, Sandra is an OB nurse so of course she could join in a bit on some prenatal calls with Johanna the SBS student midwife who makes calls to those in need in the slums. Anyone who comes finds a need to be filled!
We had the usual adventurous trip from Battambang to Siem Reap, we too arrived safely acquired rooms for all had supper and then on to the airport to bring Sandra for her flight to Canada and to meet the first flight coming from Iowa, Bill, Kim, Kirsten, Janielle and Sarah who arrived unscathed but looking a bit tired!Praise God the team has all safely arrived in Cambodia!
After a very quick drop off at the Hotel with those who arrived on the first flight it was back to the airport for the next seven, Tony, Joan, Brian, Casey, Olivia, Nicole and Cy!! Yeh we are all here, this time it took two vans one for supplies and luggage and one for people!
